A Light in the Darkness | May 19th

"For it is you who light my lamp; the Lord my God lightens my darkness."

Psalm 18:28

Beloved, has darkness come into your life by sorrow and tribulation? Perhaps you feel no cause for hope. Have the trials broken your spirit? Have your sorrows become an unbearable burden?

Beloved, believe that you are not alone or hidden in the darkness. The darkness has not veiled you from God. He sees you and knows all that concerns you today.

The Lord will come to you. He will bring the light of peace and hope. The God of comfort will soothe your spirit and bring restoration. The dawning of a new day will always take over the darkness of night. God's mercies are made new every morning, and He promises never to leave us.

In Christ Alone.
