A New Life | Oct. 15th

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.”

  Revelation 21:1

Beloved, have you ever considered the reality of the new earth? That moment in time when God will make all things new. As you move through this day, may this present reality speak to you concerning the glorious reality yet to come.

Today, you will move from one place to another. You will have conversations with others. Your emotions will be stirred, and you will partake of a meal. The day will have a story, an experience that you will remember and be a part of.

Now consider the promise that when God makes all things new, you will dwell on the new earth with the Lord and God’s people forever. That experience shall come and will hold many of the experiences of this day, but without any suffering, no death, regrets, or disappointment. Only perfect peace and contentment. The end of this present life is the beginning of a joyful, eternal life with God.

  Lord come quickly.

In Christ Alone.
