"The eternal God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms."

Deuteronomy 33:27

A roof over your head and a firm foundation bring a sense of security. This type of shelter serves as a haven of rest from a weary day while protecting you from the elements. When we think of our home this way, it will create a peace that comforts our body and spirit.

No shelter in life can compare to our God. Physical dwellings are not permanent and need constant upkeep. Our heavenly Father is eternal and immutable. He is the shelter that will not crumble and cannot weaken.

The Creator of heaven and earth holds us with His everlasting arms, always able to sustain us and carry us through this life. Many of the things we lean upon will soon pass away, but our God is the Almighty.

Beloved, trust the One who watches over you and holds you within His hand. God is keeping you.

In Christ Alone,

Pastor Wight
