Keep Praying | April 21st

He told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart."

Luke 18:1

Jesus taught the disciples the importance of praying and to do so without losing heart. Sometimes, what we are praying for causes us to lose heart when we do not see the answer. The request represents someone or circumstances dear to our hearts. We want God to answer us according to our timing and ways. We must trust that the Lord is already at work.

God is working all things for our redemptive good. Let this enable us to continue to pray. The mercy of God is new every morning. The Lord is willing and able to help. Keep praying while you trust God.

In Christ Alone,

Pastor Wight
