Night Light

"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house."

Matthew 5:14-15

Beloved, remember that the smallest candle is observable in a dark room. There is a clear distinction between the flickering flame and the darkness. Even if the candle is vastly smaller in comparison to the size of the room, the light is evident.

Therefore, do not be overwhelmed by the darkness in the world or doubt God's ability to enable you to shine before others in your life. Jesus is the light of the world. Because you abide in Christ and He abides in you, His light shines through you.

Entrust yourself to the Lord and ask that the Spirit of God live through you. The Holy Spirit will use your life in simple and practical ways in everyday living so that others may see Jesus. Your life will give light to all those in the darkness pointing pointing them to God.
