“My Father is the vine dresser.”

   John 15:1

Jesus told His disciples that the Heavenly Father is the vinedresser of His people. God tends to the well-being of His people.

The vinedresser not only prunes his vineyard, but he also ensures its health and well-being. He protects it from vermin and pestilence, all of those things that would corrupt, weaken, and cause decay to the vineyard. Beloved, may you understand God’s protective care and affection for that which belongs to HIm.

God is watching over you today. He is concerned for your spiritual well-being, and the Holy Spirit has come to ensure that you are strengthened from day to day. You are not defenseless or hopeless in this world. You are a branch abiding in Christ; in Him, you have eternal life. Trust the Lord today. God is with you.

In Christ Alone.
