"For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to sprout up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to sprout up before all the nations."

Isaiah 61:11

The garden of life may appear dormant and lifeless. There is no color to captivate the eye or evidence of a harvest to come, but beneath the surface lies the seed. Soon, what is unseen will sprout forth, and the barren place will be filled with life.

Do not grow weary beloved. Be not dismayed or persuaded to give up. The harvest of life will soon come. Where there is sorrow, the Lord will bring joy. Fear will be overcome with peace and strength. Hope will brighten the heart and strengthen the hands. God is working all things for your good and you shall see what He has prepared for you in lovingkindness.

In Christ Alone,

Pastor Wight
