"So you will walk in the way of the good and keep to the paths of the righteous."

Proverbs 2:20

Sadly, many hikers become lost every year when they venture off trails marked for their safety. Some trials are kept clear of debris and are identified with reflector markers. These trails are easily identified compared to the untamed forest.

Beloved, the good way, and the righteous path are identified by the word of God. The life that has been born of the Spirit longs for this path. The child of God desires to keep the righteous. They find God's mercy enables them to walk this trail.

It is not always easy to navigate the narrow path. There are times when we must count the cost. But every traveler knows they do not walk it alone. The Good Shepherd leads the way, it is by His strength and guidance we make are way.

Christ will lead us safely home, so let us keep in the narrow way that leads to eternal life.

In Christ Alone.
