You are Heard | April 7th

"Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear;"

Isaiah 59:1

It is challenging to converse with a person who is hard of hearing. Sometimes you have to repeat yourself to be heard. There can be confusion about the subject of the conversation. In some situations there is no response because nothing was heard at all.

Thankfully our Heavenly Father hears the faintest cries. He hears the pleas from our hearts that have no words. The whisper that comes from a fainting spirit catches the attention of our Lord. He identifies us as His children and is willing to help us.

Let us take courage today, knowing that the hand of God is extended unto us in mercy. He will have compassion for you. Do not be discouraged for you are not alone. The Lord knows everything that concerns you today.

In Christ Alone,

Pastor Wight
