“Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.”

   Psalm 112:4

Beloved, in the deadness of the night, it is hard to expect the dawning of a new day. Be assured, the darkness cannot veil you from God; He sees you, and His face shall shine upon you.

The grace, mercy, and righteousness of the Lord give us peace while we wait for daybreak. We know that the Lord has promised to guide us through the valley of the shadow of death and to keep us. Because the mercy of God is made new every morning, we know the darkness has to give way to the light of grace.

Let your heart take comfort in God and His ways. He will not let you be put to shame for trusting Him even in the darkest of times.

In Christ Alone.
