 “My sheep....”

  John 10:27

Beloved, have you ever considered that you belong to God? Jesus declares that there are those who belong to Him. Jesus said He would lay down His life for His sheep.

The Psalmist described the Lord as his shepherd, and because of this, he was not in want. The Good Shepherd cares for his sheep. He leads them, protects, and provides for them.

Our Shepherd laid down His life for us in order to redeem us unto Himself. There is no greater love than this. This is why we should have assurance for the day. We belong to the Lord, and He claims us as His. Christ is with you today, and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God in Him.

If Christ is your Shepherd, then you are numbered among the sheep of His pasture, and you are safe.

In Christ Alone.
