“But Zion said, ‘ The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me.”

    “I will not forget you.”

  Isaiah 49:14,15

Beloved, there will be moments when our circumstances will cause us to doubt God. We will experience sorrow in this life that will make us feel as if God has forgotten us. The repetitiveness of trials, the waves of anguish, and the lies of the enemy will tempt us to believe that we have been forsaken.

Do not be moved, dear one. Do not fall into dismay. The Lord is faithful. He has promised that you will not be forgotten. He knows what troubles you this hour. The Lord wants you to believe that all of these things are working for your eternal good. He has not abandoned you or removed His goodwill from your life.

When doubt arises and you feel like God has forsaken you. Remember, He promised to never forget you or to allow anything to separate you from His love. The Lord is with you right now.

In Christ Alone.
