 “Christ the Lord.”

   Luke 2:11

The angel's proclamation announced the birth of Jesus as the God-Man. Jesus is Christ the Lord. In this announcement, the angelic messenger tells the shepherd of this good news, signaling a pivotal moment: God had come to man.

Through Christ, we would no longer be separated from God but reconciled unto Him. Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes the sins of man. Heaven stood witness to this amazing grace. With this in mind, let us rejoice in knowing that God came to us. That our sins in Christ have been taken from us, and we have been brought into right standing with God. Through the righteousness of Christ.

Let there be no doubt in the incarnation of Christ. He was fully God and fully man. Therefore, He was not a mere teacher or prophet but the Son of God, the Savior of mankind.

In Christ Alone.
