The Table is Set | Oct. 10th

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”

    Psalm 23:5

Beloved, God has prepared a place for you within His providential care. Within His providence, all that is needed in your life will be supplied by your Heavenly Father. There is no need; he is not aware of it.

When we consider our spiritual condition, our dependence upon God’s mercy and the power of the Holy Spirit, let us be assured that the enemy of our souls has no ability to sever us from God’s care. We are involved in a spiritual conflict, but the supply chain of God cannot be cut off.  Within our struggles, there is God’s table of provision.

A table that supplies us with everything we need in abundance. Mercy and grace are supplied to nourish the weary. Faith is kept when the child is weak, and power is given to the faint. All that is needed is found in Christ, and He alone keeps us secure.

Receive what is needed from the hand of God today. The table is set for you.

In Christ Alone.
