Wake Up Call | Aug 12th

 “Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die.”

  Revelation 3:2

  The Lord addressed these words to the church in Sardis. The message delivered to the Christians there continues to offer valuable lessons for us today. Although we are in Christ and members of His body, we must remain diligent in our faith and continually reflect on what Scripture reveals about the condition of our hearts.

  The Holy Spirit continues to work actively in the lives of believers today. Through the word of God, He reveals our spiritual condition. Conviction serves as a reminder that we are God's children and that He is accomplishing His good work within us. In contrast, those who have not experienced spiritual rebirth do not encounter such conviction, as they lack the guidance, correction, and strengthening provided by the Spirit of God.

  Beloved, let us thoughtfully evaluate our current spiritual journey with God. Are we progressing, witnessing ongoing transformation in our lives, and seizing opportunities to share Jesus with others? Let us remain committed to spiritual growth today, remaining vigilant and strengthening any areas of weakness. God's mercy is renewed, and He imparts life through His Spirit.
