A Welcomed Change | Sep 8th

 “We shall be changed…”

  1 Corinthians 15:51

  Beloved, the Holy Spirit inspired the Apostle Paul to pen these words regarding the resurrection. Throughout our lives, we experience and desire some form of change.

  Some transformations are sought through discipline and intention; others come naturally with time, while others result from experiences, positive or negative.

  There is a restlessness within our spirit that yearns for change. The wiser we become, the more we experience and learn, the stronger the desire grows. Sometimes we are frustrated in these pursuits and miss the mark.

  The hope of eternal life is in Christ. The change promised in Scripture is accomplished in Him. We are changed for eternity by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our mortal bodies will put on immortality, and what is corruptible will become incorruptible. This is our peace and joy. Continue to press toward the mark in Christ, trusting that He will finish what He started in you. You shall be changed.
