"For the Lord takes pleasure in his people, he adorns the humble with salvation."


Psalm 149:4


The accuser of the saints often causes God's people to wonder if the Lord finds pleasure in them. Condemnation from the enemy or misunderstanding God's mercy add to our doubts. We wonder if there is any hope of God's pleasure in us.

Beloved, do not allow your brokenness to cause you to doubt the truth of God's word. God has declared His pleasure in you and has promised to adorn you with salvation. Salvation belongs to God alone and has chosen us in Christ.

The Lord delights in you, and you belong to Him. Be reassured of His lovingkindness towards you and be at peace.
