 “ comfort one another,”

  2 Corinthians 13:11

Beloved, this simple exhortation can be carried out by a child. Comforting another heart does not always require great strength; even patient listening can lift the heaviest burden from a broken spirit.

Comfort does not require wealth, the perfect solution, or the wisdom to resolve every issue. These things have their place, but even when resources or clear direction are lacking, let us not hold back from comforting others. Christ Himself is what we have to give, and He is always enough.

Sometimes it is just the sound of our voices that brings comfort; speak the words of God and comfort one another today. Let us resolve not merely to offer comfort in word but to embody it in deed, sharing Christ’s presence and peace wherever we are. Today, choose to be a bearer of comfort, becoming an instrument of His grace as you walk beside those in need.

In Christ Alone.
